SEPP1 regulates immune escape of PC cells via modulating CD8+ T cell abundance. Pan02 cells (5 × 105 cells) were injected into the flank of C57BL/6 mice subcutaneously. (A) Representative photos of xenograft tumors and tumor volumes. (B) The immunoreactivity of SEPP1 in xenograft tumors was assessed by IHC analysis. Pan02 cells (1 × 106 cells) were injected into the tail vein of C57BL/6 mice. (C) The tumor growth and metastasis were monitored by in vivo bioluminescence imaging.
