(B) qRT-PCR of miR-181s in HuH1 and HuH7 cells incubated with LiCl or NaCl for 3 days. (C) qRT-PCR analysis of all four mature miR-181s in HuH7 cells and HuH1 cells with transient transfection of β-catenin, wild-type Tcf4 (wt-Tcf4), dominant negative Tcf4 (dn-Tcf4) or control for three days.
